Cava Francese is a private property of 28 hectares located on the northwest coast of the island of La Maddalena. The remains of the ancient granite extraction activity make it a place rich in history, culture and unique environmental value.

Our apartments are obtained from the ancient quarters of the stonemasons and are equipped with all comforts as well as magnificent private gardens to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Cava

We are in La Maddalena, the largest of seven enchanted islands that form the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park. The best of Sardinia's beaches where you can spend a holiday of sea, sun and relaxation.

WHO IS YOUR HOST 

Hi, I'm Andrea - one of the many members of the Grondona family who originally created the granite quarry in this magnificent piece of island. I live in Milan where I work as a marketer in a tech company. I grew up in this great place where I go back whenever I can.
Pinuccio and Lucia - my parents - live in the quarry and will be ready to help you with advice on the best beaches and restaurants  tell you the story of this magical place.

I love traveling, cooking and kitesurfing, tennis and basketball.
